COACHING A CRICKET TEAM:
Dates: Wed 29th February and Wed 7th March 2012 5pm-7pm
Venue: Ashburton Domain Pavilion (Walnut Ave ).
Cost: $30
This course is designed for the parent, teacher, volunteer or coach who is involved in coaching 10-18 years olds at primary schools, secondary schools or clubs. It is mainly concerned with 11-a-side coaching.
Following this course you will receive a coaching a cricket team certificate from New Zealand Cricket, which is equivalent to an England Cricket Board Level 1.
What to work on - Year 6 to 8 Coaches
Introduction
These notes have been put together to assist school/club coaches to focus on the development of the basics of the Year 6 to 8 cricketers in Canterbury.
Batting
Issue Playing across the line
